6. Tomato and Basil Pasta
Ingredients:
400g pasta
1 can diced tomatoes
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
In a pan, heat a little olive oil and gently fry the garlic until soft.
Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, tossing to coat.
Serve with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan on top.
