5. Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp ginger, grated
Vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add the chicken slices and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add a bit more oil and stir-fry the vegetables until just tender.
Return the chicken to the pan, stir to combine with the vegetables and sauce, and heat through.
Serve immediately.
