9. Oven-Baked Fish and Chips
Ingredients:
4 fish fillets (e.g., cod, haddock)
2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread out on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.
Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on the baking sheet with the potatoes. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
