Tomato sauce: In a container heat some oil over a medium flame. To it add some finely chopped Garlic and Onion and cook for some-time. Keep stirring the contents for about 7-8 minutes, till the mixture softens and then add tomatoes, juice, basil and oregano. Also add a little amount of wine. Simmer for 8-9 minutes, until the sauce thickens. Finally, add salt to taste. This sauce can be stored and refrigerated up to 5 days and acts as an anti-oxidant and maintains the glow of your skin for years ahead.
Banana and Yogurt Smoothie: Take 2-3 teaspoons of flaxseeds in a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds to make a fine puree . Add finely cut banana ,2-3 tbs of Honey and Yogurt to the puree. Consume in a chilled form. It proves to be quite an effective treatment for dark spots and wrinkles.
